Welcome to IanTanner.Com!!

Thanks for checking out my site!

BRAND NEW UPDATES!!  Yes... really... no, really... seriously!

You may have noticed that this website has been pretty boring of late. Well my friends, that ain't gonna change anytime soon. But, I think it is still important to have some easy way for me to be reached and for you, the home viewer, to have some access to my various musical undertakings. So if this is your first time here at Ian Tanner.com enterprises (!), check out the content. For those who have been here before and keep checking to see if there are updates (Ha!), consider looking me up at Myspace and Facebook. Now, speaking of which... I DO have a functioning Myspace account, but I have grown tired of its Murdoch-owned, News Corp. propoganda (well actually, I've just gotten bored of it!), so I now do most of my "I have no life" internet activities on FACEBOOK.

So - for the record... you can look me up at Facebook by searching for Ian Tanner.
You can also check out my Myspace page if that gets you going.
But without question, I would urge you to check out the Ian Tanner Podcast Nightmare, my somewhat occasional music/entertainment/comedy podcast show. Read a little further down this page for more info on that. Thanks. Take care now.

The Ian Tanner Podcast Nightmare!!  Now on the AIR!!

Now available... the always frightening, sometimes lagubrious Ian Tanner Podcast!!  Over a year in the making,  I have 20+ episodes currently available for free download, with more episodes to come!
Check out this amazing review of my podcast, from The Obvious Pop Blog in Sunny America!

"The mind of Ian Tanner is a very strange place. It’s filled with wondrously artistic thoughts, stories, music and ideas. His podcast is a window into that world and I love it! He bombards you with loads of morning zoo type liners that are so over the top, zany and cheesy that you just have to smile. The music is first rate. He is an extremely talented artist and producer and he seems to use this podcast as a vehicle to showcase new songs and experiment with sounds and recording techniques. His music sounds like everything from Zappa to The Beatles. From alternative to power pop to prog, this guy is musically talented and his podcast is very entertaining because he’s funny and original. This is one of the most entertaining podcasts I’ve heard. Power-pop fans and Zappa fans will definitely want to subscribe to this one. You can subscribe through iTunes…just go to the podcasts section and do a search for Ian Tanner” (review by Dr. Tony Shore)

If you like my podcasts, do me a favour, and go to the iTunes music store and post a review at my podcast page there. The more reviews I get, the more chance I'll have of being listened to hundreds of dozens of people around the Mellonville and tri-city area!!  Thanks!

I now have a web page at Myspace.com.
I am using this page to feature new songs, keep track of my touring schedule, connect with hot young single ladies (!!!), and perhaps mostly, to have a place for my political rants and such. If this sort of thing interests you, (and I know it does!), check out  my MYSPACE page to read political chats about al Qaeda, Elton John and George W. Bush... wow, what a trio!

MY E-MAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED!!
To send me an email, write to iantanner@golden.net
Sorry this isn't a clickable link, but I'm tired of getting Viagra-related Spam in my email on a daily basis!!  (This is one of the reasons I left my Sympatico account and moved to Golden.net!)

For those of you who never got the chance to see it, I did a special page for my turning 40 last year. Since I am now, tragically older than that, this page doesn't have much relevancy (sort of like my life itself... sob!!), but if you'd like to see the special page I made commemorating the year 1966, click the link HERE to do some research!

Read reviews of my songs at Garageband.com!
